Welcome! I’m Pastor Carrie Bland.
I’m an Ordained Elder in the Pacific Northwest Conference of the United Methodist Church, with an M.Div. from Seattle Pacific Seminary, a B.A. in Sociology from Central Washington University, and an A.T.A. in Business Administration from South Puget Sound Community College.

I’m passionate about building communities grounded in love, justice, and belonging. I care deeply about racial and social justice, creating sacred crafts like prayer beads, sharing meaningful conversations, and loving all of God’s creatures, especially animals.

At the heart of my ministry is this simple truth: you are beloved by God. I believe every person is of sacred worth, and there is always room for you at the table.

My husband, Paul, is a Professional Service Manager: which means he helps people learn to work better together through hands-on, high-up adventure (ask him, he tells it better than I do!).

We share our home with three delightful dogs who remind us daily of unconditional love, playfulness, and the joy of a good walk. They’re part of our family and often part of the ministry too, whether offering tail wags at the church office or inspiring children’s sermons.

Whether you're exploring faith for the first time or looking for a spiritual home, you are welcome here just as you are.

Lyndee White is a life-long member of the United Methodist Church, as well as serving numerous Methodist, Presbyterian, and Disciples of Christ congregations in Washington, Colorado, Ohio, and Illinois during her church music career. In addition to her church work, Lyndee is a company member of the Seattle Opera, operates a private voice and piano studio, and is the Music Director for Redmond Academy of Theatre Arts. Lyndee's first solo was as a six-year old in the United Methodist Church in Durant, Oklahoma, the first of many Methodist congregations that shaped her childhood. Lyndee and her daughter, Marybella, are overjoyed to call Fall City United Methodist their church home.

Lyndee received her Bachelor of Music from Illinois Wesleyan University and her Masters of Music at the College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati. She has performed professionally in opera companies around the United States and Italy but church music is where it all started.

Marion is a lifelong member of the Fall City United Methodist Church. She has a passion for playing bells, having been a member of the Bells of the Sound group for many years. Thirty-five years ago, she approached the Fall City UMC leadership team with a plan to create a Bell ministry for the church. After receiving the go-ahead, she moved forward with fundraising and recruiting, creating the first-ever Bell Choir at this church.

Years later, this ministry is still going strong, having traveled all over the world playing for various groups, and now having multiple age and skill level choirs ranging from children to adults.

Contact Marion with questions about getting involved.

Carly is a long-time member of the Fall City United Methodist church and a long-time member of the Bell choir. Having traveled all over the world with the church's bell choir, she has brought a lot of joy and excitement to the team. Her passion for ringing has inspired her to volunteer as the Children's Bell Choir Director and over the past few years, under the direction and mentorship of Marion, Carly has taken over directing our two children's bell choirs with strong leadership and skill.
